Strategic Plan
The Board of Directors has adopted the United Way of Palm Beach County Strategic Plan, effective May 21, 2009. This plan will serve as a road map for the organization and charts the course of action for 2009 – 2014 and beyond. The development of the plan took place over the past six months, through sixteen meetings averaging more than two hours each, with more than 100 individuals and organizations providing input into the Plan. This summary is designed to give our directors and other volunteers, staff, major partners and other interested parties, a brief overview of the development and content of the plan.
