Through its partnerships, generous donors and work in community impact, United Way of Palm Beach County advances the common good by creating opportunities for a better life for us all. Our work is less about helping one person at a time and more about changing systems to help all of us.

Using donor dollars, we are creating long-lasting changes that address current issues in our community. We have a Community Impact Action Plan  which focuses on four Impact Areas – identified as areas of greatest concerns in the community.
